Shipping policy

Order processing takes 1 business days before shipment Monday - Friday. Note: Orders do not get processed over the weekend. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• USA: 1–3 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Orders may be canceled only before the next daily fulfillment cutoff at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Once the cutoff has passed, the order enters fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.

Postal Shipping, Customs & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the following countries and regions may be sent using postal shipping services because our standard shipping lines do not currently cover these destinations:

Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Chile, the Philippines, Kuwait, Hong Kong SAR, Portugal, Colombia, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Germany, Algeria, Moldova, Monaco, and Serbia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Some destinations may offer duty-free allowances depending on the order value and local regulations. We recommend checking your country’s current import rules before placing an order.
